Sterling 16 ounce Rib Eyes and 8 oz. Wagyu Burgers

Ever seen Wagyu or (Kobe is the Japanese version) Beef? ...it's really beautiful highly marbled (pic above right) and tastes like Shazam!!! 2-8 0unce Wagyu Burgers in a pack $7.50
According to United States Department of Agriculture standards. Only the top 50% of all beef is graded Choice and only 2% is graded Prime. Only Prime and the top tier of Choice qualify as Sterling Silver Premium Meats
![]()
Marbling is the tiny flecks of fat visible in a cut of beef
that has a direct relationship to the quality of the beef
your patrons enjoy. Part of the USDA Beef Grading
System involves ranking beef according to the
amount of marbling. In other words, the more
marbling, the higher the quality.
Hand-selected only from Prime and top tier Choice
grades, Sterling Silver Premium Beef has a marbling
score of modest or higher, which is only the top 12% of all beef.
![]()
Technically speaking, the chemical properties of marbling cause it to release powerful aromatic and flavor compounds during cooking. As the marbling melts into the beef, the result is rich, authentic beef flavor.

To create the best beef, you simply can’t underestimate the importance of the aging process. Defined, aging is the process by which beef is stored under controlled conditions and optimal temperatures. Aging provides for the natural breaking down of enzymes contained within the meat, leading to enhanced flavor and maximum tenderness. Sterling Silver® Premium Beef is hand-selected and benefits from a minimum 21-day aging process.
Once your patrons have experienced the unsurpassed flavor and incredible tenderness that only comes from properly-aged beef, they’ll never want to settle for anything less. Sterling Silver Premium Beef delivers those attributes time and time again.
